The house is a two-story layout with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.  It sits on a slope and gives you a feeling of both openness and privacy.  It was built in 1971.  There is a gravity onsite septic system and the water source is through Umpqua Basin Water Association.

This is the front walk (with a few leaves from the oak trees).

This is the rear of the house. The deck is accessed by a sliding door though the kitchen and from a staircase in back of the house.  You get a nice view of the valley from the deck.

This is the side view of the house from the south, showing it nestled in a cluster of oak trees.
